Pet Policy
We welcome you and your four-legged friend to Prince of Whales! We hope your stay with us is a beautiful and memorable experience. Please follow the rules and guidelines outlined below. There is an additional fee of $40 per dog, per night (plus applicable taxes). Please contact us directly to register your dog in advance. Service Animals must register with the property manager; however, there is no additional fee.

We require all dogs on the property to be on a leash when outside of your room.

Dogs may be left unattended in the room. If your dog has an issue or disturbs other guests, you will be contacted and asked to return to your room.

Please clean up after your dog.

Service Animals must be with the owner at all times to qualify as a Service Animal per State and Federal Regulations.
Guarantee & Deposit Policy
All reservations require a deposit equal to the first night's room rate and taxes. All rates are per cottage per night based on the specific cottage occupancy. Rates are subject to 14.45% Room occupancy tax. Reservations will be held until 8am the following day of your scheduled arrival. No-show reservations will forfeit the deposit. No refunds are given for early check-outs.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
April, May, June, September, & October ~ you must cancel 7 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.

July & August – you must cancel 14 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.
To our valued guests who booked via online travel agents or third-party travel professionals, you are advised to contact your booking provider for information on their policies.
Smoking Policy
We are committed to providing our guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted inside cottages. Guests who smoke are allowed to do so outside in designated areas only.
Miscellaneous
There is no daily cottage cleaning or service.
$25 lost key fee.
